BIOENG 1000 - STATISTICS FOR BIOENGINEERING Minimum Credits: 4 Maximum Credits: 4 Bioengineering statistics will present the basic statistical methods that are relevant to engineering and clinical applications. Specifically, students will learn to consider the assumptions inherent to statistical analyses; calculate statistical parameters; automate statistical methods using software; interpret the meaning of statistical parameters; and design experiments conducive to proper statistics. Biological and medical examples will be used to reinforce concepts of the course.
