PHYS 0175 or PHYS 0476 (4 credits)
ASTON 0113 (3 credits) or 0413 (4 credits)

Electives - Choose 2 of the following:
ASTRON 1120 (3 credits)
ASTRON 1121 (3 credits)
ASTRON 1122 (3 credits)
ASTRON 1263 (3 credits)

Total Credits: 17-18 credits

All courses must be taken for a letter grade.

Do you want to know more about stars, galaxies, planets, and dark matter?  Our world is a small place in a vast Universe.  Learn to look at the sky in a whole new way.  With an Astronomy Minor, students gain a deeper qualitative and quantitive understanding of the wide range of astronomy, from alien worlds and exploding stars to the fate of the Universe.  This Minor is designed to be a complement to pursuing a STEM major in a different department.
