Urban Affairs & Planning Minor


The requirements for the Urban Affairs and Planning (UAP) minor are:

One of the following UAP courses:

  • PIA 2125 City & Region Theory & Practice
  • PIA 2188 Economic Development Strategies & Practices
  • PIA 2223 City of White Supremacy
  • PIA 2715 GIS for Public Policy
  • PIA 2740 Planning & Analysis Sustainable Regions

Plus:

PIA 2xxx Approved UAP Concentration Course

PIA 2xxx Approved UAP Concentration Course

Total credits = nine (9)

 

With approval, appropriate courses may be substituted for those listed above.   No course may be double-counted.  Any course taken to fulfill a requirement for your degree or major cannot also count toward your minor.  In such cases, an approved course must be substituted.  Please consult with your academic advisor.
