NUR 1052 - NUR CARE CHILD & THEIR FMLYS Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course focuses on the unique health and developmental needs of infants, children and adolescents with an emphasis on family-centered care. The course incorporates principles of assessment, planning and implementation of nursing interventions appropriate for health promotion, wellness, health restoration and various complex health problems. Nursing approaches are based on the use of best evidence, developmental perspectives, and cultural competence with a focus on critical thinking.
