This is the second part of a two-term sequence (Physics 0174, 0175) that introduces students to the basic principles of physics. This course covers electricity, magnetism, circuits, electromagnetic theory, and optics. Students planning to major in physics are encouraged to take the equivalent honors course (Physics 0476).
