Topics covered will include supply chain strategy, integration, and coordination; supply chain finance; network design and logistics optimization; inter-organizational partnerships for effective inventory control; demand-driven sales and operations planning; quick response through product and supply chain design for improved customer experience; strategic outsourcing and contracting; supply chain risk management; new technologies for supply chains 4.0; and sustainability.
