BIOENG 2515 - CARDIO SYSTM DYNAMICS & MODELING Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The mechanical behavior of the cardiovascular system will be explored in a quantitative manner. The goal is to understand the behavior of each component in isolation and the interactions among various components. Mathematical modeling will be used with an emphasis on model development, validation, and application. The function of the intact organ will be correlated with underlying structural and cellular processes, both for normal and pathological states. Student projects will contribute to the existing library of cardio vascular models. Academic Career: Graduate Course Component: Lecture Grade Component: Grad Letter Grade Course Requirements: PROG: Swanson School of Engineering Click here for class schedule information.
