Graduate Certificate in Bioethics
The Graduate Certificate in Bioethics provides broad interdisciplinary background in the core concepts, methods, and topics in bioethics. The 15-credit curriculum provides a foundation for ethical analysis of issues in clinical care, health policy, and biomedical research, as well as the ethical and social implications of emerging technologies.
The Certificate allows practicing professionals to explore ethical issues arising in their work and the social implications of advances in their fields. It enables graduate students to address issues associated with their primary academic or professional program. Within many programs, Certificate courses may serve as electives.
