Return to: John A. Swanson School of Engineering The Department of Bioengineering and the Katz Graduate School of Business (KGSB) offer a dual MBA/MS program, with the following requirements for the Professional MS in Bioengineering:
Candidates must complete a minimum of 11 courses (30 credits) [25.5 engineering credits] drawn from the following areas:

Graduate Engineering Math or Statistics - 3 credits
Per approval by program director
Medical Product Engineering Core Curriculum - 12 credits
Per approval by program director
Graduate Engineering/Science Electives - 9 credits
Per approval by program director
- 1st Graduate Engineering/Science Elective
- 2nd Graduate Engineering/Science Elective
- 3rd Graduate Engineering/Science Elective
Medical Ethics - 3 credits
Per approval by program director
MBA/MS Project Courses - 3 credits
Per approval by program director
Note:
All students must maintain a 3.0 GPA at all times to remain in good standing in the program.
