ATHLTR 2815 - CURRENT CONCEPTS IN SPORTS MEDICINE

The purpose of this 2-credit course is to present case-based, cutting-edge medical information on sports medicine and sports related injuries that health care professionals can directly apply to the care of their patients. Topics may include advanced orthopedic biomechanical assessment methods, surgical procedures, post-operative rehabilitative options, advanced understanding of musculoskeletal pathology and treatments as well as updates in position and consensus statements.
