LIS 2021 - IDENTIFYING INFORMATION NEEDS OF KNOWLEDGE ORGANIZATIONS Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Student teams focus on inquiry, through experiential learning, by identifying the information needs of the knowledge organization with which the team has been matched. Students are immersed in observing organizational behavior, collaborating in teams, and practicing soft skills necessary for communication and presentation. Team members gather information about the mission and culture of the organization by observing and listening to understand the context of the needs and challenges of the organization.
