PO 2102 - PATHOLOGY IN ORTHOTICS AND PROSTHETICS Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course is designed to provide a general overview of the pre-disposing factors and direct causes of disease, as well as their effects on the human body. It will also include a systemic approach to the basic disease processes, in terms of etiology, symptomatology, general pathological changes, diagnostic procedures, and types of treatment. Universal precautions to be used in patient care will also be discussed.
