NUTR 1609 - CLINICAL BIOCHEMISTRY Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course will introduce the basic concepts of biochemistry. The structures and function of the major biomolecules, carbohydrates, lipids, proteins and nucleic acids will be discussed and their metabolism integrated.
