IE 1076 - TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 introduces the total quality management philosophies and practices of Deming, Juran, and others. We will focus on the use of statistical process control, understanding variability and process capability, acceptance sampling, as well as managing supplier relationships.
