In the Spring of 2018, the Customer Insights, MS was renamed to Marketing Science, MS. Students who were enrolled prior to the Spring 2018 term have the option to stay Customer Insights majors or change to the Marketing Science major. There are no program requirement changes.

The Master of Science in Marketing Science prepares students for an increasingly data-driven, analyticsfocused marketing career, offering a broad introduction to marketing alongside in-depth study of research techniques, data analytics, digital marketing, and social media marketing. Students learn how to use data-driven marketing science to build effective marketing strategies. The program leverages the expertise of Katz’s award-winning marketing faculty, which continually ranks among the best in the world for research productivity (American Marketing Association).

The 30-credit program is designed to be completed in nine months. The curriculum is comprised of core and elective courses currently offered to Katz MBA students.
