The MHA program offers students a competency-based curriculum and an array of professional development resources and activities to prepare graduates for managerial roles in a broad array of health industry settings. The curriculum builds 20 management competencies that serve as a foundation for ongoing career growth and professional development. Upon completion of the MHA program, our graduates obtain full-time employment, including post-graduate fellowships, in health industry organizations such as hospitals, academic medical centers, physician practices, long-term care facilities, health plans, and consulting firms.
The program is designed to be completed in two years of full-time study. The requirements for the MHA degree are listed below.
