MATH 1360 - MODELING IN APPLIED MATH 1 Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course introduces some of the fundamental approaches of applied mathematics. The emphasis is on the model-building process and on developing an understanding of some of the unifying themes of applied mathematics such as equilibria, stability, conservation laws, etc. The material is presented in the form of case studies.
