Long Description This course introduces undergraduate students to the principles and practices of implementation and evaluation science, with an emphasis on systems-thinking to address community-identified problems through evidence-based approaches. Students will explore public health frameworks, systems-thinking tools, and strategies for community partner engagement to develop a comprehensive implementation and evaluation plan for an evidenced-based intervention of their choosing. The course emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and community responsiveness in developing implementation and evaluation plans that are feasible, measurable, and meaningful to the populations they are designed to serve.
