NUR 2174 - LEADERSHIP IN SCHOOL NURSING Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course follows NUR 2176 Seminar School Nurse by expanding knowledge and decision making in school nursing. This course explores the leadership role of school nurses, legal aspects of school nursing, and the management of the school health office. This course will also expand on chronic health conditions and vulnerable populations in the school and community. Students will engage in active learning modules designed to prepare them for the Certified School Nurse role in the school system.
