NUR 2890 - INTRODUCTION TO EPIDEMIOLOGY Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 Epidemiology is the study of the patterns and causes of health and disease in populations. It is the scientific basis of public health. Using a problem-based approach, this course will focus on the basic principles and methods of epidemiology as they apply to health and disease in populations, as well as the development of health policy.
