NUR 2400 - RES FOR EBP 1 Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course examines the interaction of theory, research, and clinical expertise in the development of evidence-based nursing practice. Students develop the skills needed to identify relevant research and to critically appraise published studies to evaluate their quality and applicability to clinical practice. Students gain an understanding of the research process, the critical appraisal of published research studies that use a variety of research designs, and the role of research in evidence-based practice.
