This Global Experiences (study abroad) course, facilitated through the Trinity College Dublin Nursing and Midwifery International Summer Program, provides an opportunity to learn and experience nursing, midwifery, and healthcare in Ireland, using theoretical and clinical observational experiences. The opportunity to have first-hand experience of the Irish healthcare practice setting, combined with the experience of Irish lifestyle and culture provides a broad educational experience in a safe, planned, and structured way. The course is designed for students who are interested in exploring different cultures and obtaining a global view of nursing and allied healthcare from an Irish perspective.
