SWGEN 3044 - THEORY 1 Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 The general issues involved in applicability of social science theory provides a framework for an exploration of selected social psychological theories. Concepts from role theory, interrelated with socialization and behavioral theories, are presented and analyzed. Students will then apply selected theoretical concepts to a social problem area of their choice, in order to assess the theory’s contribution to an understanding of the problem.
