Laws in these areas have been changing dramatically, reflecting, if not causing, fundamental shifts in the values and norms surrounding intimate behavior.The following topics are covered: sexual offenses, protection from abuse, abortion rights, child custody, child support, unwed cohabitation, marriage, annulment, separation, divorce, alimony, and marital property rights.
