ECON 0360 - INTRODUCTION TO ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCE ECONOMICS Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Basic economic theory applied to issues involving joint interaction of economic activity, the environment, and use of natural resources. Debate over the sustainability of economic development, renewability and/or depletion of natural resources, and effects of pollution on environmental quality will be surveyed. The issues of ozone depletion, loss of biodiversity, and greenhouse gas emissions and global warming will be considered.
