HRS 2647 - EXPERIENTIAL PRACTICE: COMMUNITY NUTRITION Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is a combination of dietetics related classroom, observation and experiential practice experiences in community settings. Emphasis is on delivering food and nutrition services in community based settings with a focus on wellness. Core rotations are designed to meet course requirements through special projects in sites that span across the lifecycle.
