CSD 2162 - COUNSELING STRATEGIES FOR AUD AND SLP Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course will provide an introduction to counseling for individuals with communication, balance and swallowing disorders and their families, consistent with the defined Scopes of Practice for Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology. Student will develop essential counseling skills, acquire knowledge of key approaches and frameworks, and learn best practices for referral and coordination of care with mental health professionals.
