RUSS 2110 - INTRODUCTION TO THE STUDY OF LITERATURE 1 Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Open to all graduate students of literature. A certain emphasis will be placed on Russian literary history, criticism and theory but all readings will be available in Russian and English. Includes a variety of approaches to literature analyzed both in terms of historical perspective and underlying perceptions of human nature, and in terms of their methodological and theoretical contributions to the systematic study of literature.
