PIA 2117 - PROGRAM EVALUATION Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course gives students knowledge, skills, and experience to define and measure program and policy impacts on clients/consumers, meet accountability requirements of funders, and design and revise programs to address the changing needs of stakeholders. Through in-class exercises, case studies and written assignments, students will be able to apply their new knowledge and skills to real life evaluation designs, implementations, and reporting. In addition, students will be asked to develop a plan to evaluate a public program of their choice including proposed methods of data collection and analysis.
