HI 1453 - DATA ANALYTICS AND MACHINE LEARNING IN HEALTH SCIENCE Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is designed for students who want to learn data analytics and machine learning, as well as their applications in healthcare and health information systems across the healthcare continuum. Data analytics tools and methods, machine learning procedures and tools, and their applications in healthcare and health science will be discussed in this course. Students who finish this course should be able to use statistical and machine learning methods and tools to analyze various types of data sets in health science and make predictions and recommendations according to the obtained results.
