PEDS 5720 - MOLECULAR MEDICINE (ILS) Minimum Credits: 0 Maximum Credits: 0 This course is designed to teach the fourth year medical student some basics of molecular biology and how molecular techniques are being employed to diagnose and treat disease. This course will focus on several single-gene diseases. Forensic use of DNA will also be featured. This course will have 3 lectures and 3 clinics per week and each student will be obliged to give a presentation on a topic selected.
