NURNP 2570 - COMPREHENSIVE NEONATAL ASSESSMENT THEORY Minimum Credits: 2 Maximum Credits: 2 This course addresses the complete neonatal assessment process. It includes a genetics overview, perinatal and neonatal physiology, neonatal pharmacology, common neonatal diagnostic and laboratory testing and invasive procedures. The comprehensive neonatal assessment, including prenatal through neonatal history and neonatal physical examination is reviewed. Family function, dynamics, crisis theory and the grieving process are also examined.
