ECE 2647 - INTRODUCTION TO NONLINEAR CONTROL DESIGN Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course is an introduction to nonlinear control design methods. The main topics include: Lyapunov stability analysis, feedback linearization, sliding mode control, and integrator backstepping. The content will be mathematical, supplemented with application examples from nonlinear systems such as robotic manipulators and human musculoskeletal system.
