ECE 3528 - TIME-FREQUENCY SIGNAL ANALYSIS Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course covers the theory and application of time-varying spectral analysis. Topics include why spectra change, the AM/FM model of signals, instantaneous frequency and bandwidth, signal density functions, the short-time Fourier transform, the Wigner distribution, Cohen’s class of time frequency distributions, signal dependent distributions and the evolutionary spectrum.
