PSY 1135 - SOCIAL PERCEPTION AND COGNITIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Historical problems and current issues are identified. Some general principles of perception and cognition are reviewed. Recent research and theoretical formulations are considered in each of these areas; impression formation, interpersonal attraction, causal and moral attribution, prediction of behavior, perceptions of interpersonal relations, group stereotyping and prejudice.
