RUSS 0325 - THE SHORT STORYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course will be devoted to reading short stories from 19th and 20th century Russian literature. The authors include 19th century masters Pushkin, Gogol, Dostoevsky, Tolstoy, and Chekhov--to 20th century favorites Babel, Zamyatin and Zoshchenko, right up to contemporary writers Solzhenitsyn, Shalamov, Petrusheuskaya, Tolstaya, and Tokareuy.
