HIST 1102 - THE IDEA OF EUROPE 1914-2004Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course deals with European integration, from the first attempts to create supranational structures after WWI to the creation of a European constitution and the eastward enlargement of the European Union in 2004. In addition to providing students with an overview of the history of the European integration and of the institutions of the European Union today, this course focuses on the various ideas and concepts under lying the integration.
