PEDC 0361 - FITNESS DANCEMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This class, set to contemporary music, is designed to get your moving while learning fun and exciting dance movements! The class begins with a warm-up consisting of fundamental dance principles and techniques that will prepare you to move into dance phrases and choreographed movement. The class cools down with a series of stretches and muscle relaxing exercises. No previous dance training is required.
