PEDC 0264 - POWER YOGAMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This class is for anyone that has some previous yoga experience and would like a physical challenge, and doesn't mind breaking a sweat! Power yoga is a form of Ashtanga yoga that emphasizes strength and flexibility. This class is not a gentle form of yoga; however, participants will be encouraged to progress at their own levels and will be given modifications for difficult movements.
