PEDC 0239 - STEP AEROBICS 1Minimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 Step aerobics is a low-impact aerobic exercise. Improve your fitness level with step aerobics to music. This program is for all ages. Every student will be permitted to participate at his/her own level. This course will gradually improve your muscle tone, cardiac output, and respiratory fitness levels.
