PEDC 0068 - JUDO 1Minimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 An intensive study of the basic physics and principles governing the art of judo. It is no longer an oriental mystique. Today, judo is practiced worldwide by men and women of all ages. The "judoka" (student) will acquire confidence as well as improved physical endurance. In addition to this, the student will begin to grasp the true meaning of judo and find how it can apply to life in general. Judo gi is required.
