BIOSC 1865 - MICROBIAL PHYSIOLOGYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course examines the diversity of microbial life from a physiological point of view. We will examine the fundamental processes of microbial metabolism in diverse organisms, and develop a framework for understanding how organisms use different approaches to solve specific needs. Lecture material is appropriate for students trained in introductory microbiology and in biochemistry.
