PUBSRV 1435 - TRIAL ADVOCACY 2Minimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 This course further examines more advanced topics relating to the mechanics of American civil and criminal litigation in both nonjury and jury trials. Topics include the authentication and use of evidentiary exhibits such as documents, real evidence and demonstratives, the direct and cross examination of expert witnesses, character evidence, opening statements, and closing arguments.
