PUBSRV 1380 - GLOBAL CITIZENSHIPMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Students will examine the historical development and contemporary manifestations of global citizenship, as well as associated ethical and practical difficulties, while living and serving in a distant community. They will critically assess theoretical conceptualizations within the context of their experiences. Students will be encouraged to develop frameworks - whether through global civil society, consumer decisions, political decisions within the state, or something else -through which they are able to exercise global citizenship.
