REHSCI 1219 - EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY WITH LABORATORYMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Long Description This course focuses on the effects of exercise in preventing and treating disability, in optimizing the rehabilitation process, and in maintaining the health of individuals. The course emphasizes the effects of exercise on the various body systems, including cardiovascular, neuromuscular, and musculoskeletal. This course includes a laboratory designed to provide the learner with hands-on activities related to exercise.
