FMST 1884 - VIDEO INSTALLATIONMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 Long Description Video Installation is an experimental production course where students will have the opportunity to focus on the conceptual and technical aspects of moving-image installations and alternative viewing scenarios. The course will consist of lectures, readings, in-class experiments, a field trip to view video installation works, and three main creative projects. Students will work on creating multi-channel video projects, experiment with basic project mapping, and set up various spatial installations. This course is a Category III elective in the Film and Media Studies major and minor, and a Technical Elective in the Production Track.
