Long Description The purpose of this course is to allow the English Language Institute (EL) to charge a discounted group rate to individual or groups of students for full-time study in the intensive English program (IEP) without incurring a Scholarship Expense when discounted ELI IEP tuition payments are processed by Student Accounting.
