Long Description This laboratory course will focus on chemical reactions catalyzed by enzymes. Students will learn organic syntheses, DNA mutagenesis and sequencing, protein expression and purification, biochemical assays. Students will be expected to present their findings in a seminar style talk and a poster presentation.
