ECE 2298 - MS PROJECT ON SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICESMinimum Credits: 3 Maximum Credits: 3 MS Project on Semiconductor Devices is a special project course intended to provide practical experience that supplements theory-oriented, lecture-based courses. Possible topics include modeling/simulation, software development, design/development/fabrication of prototypes, or any other types of projects that will provide hands-on-experience and knowledge base that complements regular courses taken in the same subject area. Interested students should contact the ECE Graduate Program Office, a point-of-contact instructor is assigned to oversee each subject area and will provide guidance on determining project topics.
