DC 3163 - CLINICAL REASONING FOR THE PRIMARY SPINE PROVIDERMinimum Credits: 1 Maximum Credits: 1 This course will focus on using standardized patients to teach students the skills necessary for diagnosing and managing common disorders of the lumbar spine and pelvis. Through interactive case studies, students will learn to recognize and interpret clinical signs and symptoms, as well as order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests. Students will also develop treatment plans and management strategies for patients with conditions such as disc herniation with radiculopathy, central canal stenosis, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
